It’s important to become aware of how your mouth moves when you speak. You will need to understand what you want your muscles to do in the new language. Then practice until the moves are natural and automatic.
Most of my students have the basics of English. They have the foundations of the language, but not the fluency they want. What they need is to practice thinking in English by speaking, listening, and writing. They want to learn how to use their book learning, not to pass tests, but to communicate.
